required.
1. The addition must be placed on a foundation system with a footing of at
least 6 inch4a thick and 12 inches wide. 'The footing must be placed a min-
imum of 12 inches below the finished grade.

Provide a foundation eystem designed by a registered engineer.
2 . A one hour occupancy separation is required between the lunch room and the
repair. area. Providc a detail as to the proposed construction of the fire-
wall. Openings in the wall. shall be protected by a one-hour fire assembly.
3. Exit doors from the lunch room shall be provided with minimum 3 foot wide
by 5 foot long l.andi-igs. Exit doors must be a minimum of 3 foot wide.
4. The roof ratters must: be provided with ventf.iation, 2x6 rafters and R•-19
will leave no space for ventilation, use a larger size rafter.
