Dear Mr. Axt ;
This letter is in response to the accessory structure permit you
had requested. Upon review the Director has approved this
application as proposed based on the following findings :
1 . In terms of size the structure would be 144 square feet
which is less than the 528 square foot size limit .
2 . The structure is to be loca�ed a minimum of 40 feet from
the rear property line and some 22 to 24 feet from the
side property lines which is iri excess of the five foot
minimum setback requirement to the side and rear yard
property lines .
3 . The structure is to be some 12 feet in height which
complies with the 15 foot height limit .
4 . Based on the lccation of adjoining residences the
structure would not be expected to encroach upon or
interfere with neighboring properties .
5 . The contractor states that no C.C. & R' s are in place
for this development which would require additional
"Homeowner Association" type review.
6 . The contractor has also applied for structural plan check
review in compliance with applicable Uniform Building
Code requirements . Review and approval of the Building
Permit Plan Check will be required prior to the issuance
of a Building Permit .
