RE: Property at 10735 SW North Dakota, Tigard, Oregon
I am given to understand that an electrical permit was never
purchased and inspections were never made for an architectural
addition of at least two ( 2 ) rooms to the main structure at the
above address .
On May 3 , 1990 , at 11 :03 a.m. , I was shown four ( 4 ) pictures , marked
1 through 4 in the lower right hand corner , of the present condition
of the wiring of these two rooms . I am confident that according to
the pictures significant Electrical Code violations exist according
to 1987 NEC in force at this time in Oregon.
If more detailed testimony is required a more detailed examination
of the premises is necessary and Washington County, as far as I can
say, will be pleased to cooperate in any way we can .
