GENERAL NOTES
1. The drawings locate products,surfaces and materials and the notes essentially convey deli fir intent. The project
intent is to provide fora complete, working remodel. Upon completion,all utilities should be connected and
'! all penetrations through exterior walls and roof should be water tight.

2. All worlananship and materials shall conform to the latest adopted building code edition,and to conditions and w
specifications of all governing authorities.

3. Contractor shall Geld verify all dimensions and conditions prior to starting construction and report any
discrepancies to the Architect. Any correction work required as result of not reporting such discrepancies shall #
be preformed at no additional cost to the Owner.
4. Contractor and subcontractors shall carefully examine the site and the crostruction documents of the Work.

Errors and omissions in the plans of specifications shall be called to the attention of the Architect prior to �
( submission of bid so that addenda may be issued. Failure to do so on the pan of the Contractor does not

relieve him of the responsibility to provide a correct and finished product.

5. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits and sewer hook-up fees.
6. The Contractor shall provide and pay for dumpster,telephon',-.temporary toilet facilities for his/her and his/her
subcontractor's use.
7. General Contractor to coordinate Architectural drawings with Mechanical and Electrical drawings. All
mechanical equipment,ductwork,grilles and registers furnished by Mechanical Contractor. All demolition of
mechanical equipment,piping,etc.to be preformed by Mechanical Contractor.
8. All mechanical design to be by Mechanical Contractor. Submit plans and specifications to Architect for review i
and approval prior to construction. Mechanical Contractor to pay all fees and obtain all permits and approvals
from governing agencies necessary to complete work. Coordinate with General Contractor those items for

Contractor.
