Remarks:
As per our conversation this morning I have confinned what will be altered or added to
meet the 25 percent of the valuation for the ADA.This amount will go to:
1)remodeling Toilct room 105 to make it accessible by moving one wall to accomendalo
a S'turning radius,removing(he existing water closet and replacing it with a disabled
height fixture, and either;owcring the existing sink to 34" A.F.F. or replacing it with a
wall hung fixture that will meet ADA standards.
