The location of the fire hydrants with respect to the structure are within the limits established by the regu- lations of this jurisdiction. On the other hand, and as I mentioned, the Fire Prevention Ordinance of Washington County Fire District No. 1 prescribes that one fire hydrant be located within 70 feet of the fire department connection to the automatic sprinkler system or, conversely, the fire department connection be located within 10 feet of a fire hydrant. Subject to this stipulation the civil engineering utility drawing is here- by approved insofar as we are concerned. I hope this letter will assist in clearing the way for the further development of ,your project.
