This In a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on the
1989 eiditions of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and those sections
of the► Uniform Building Code (UBC) c.nd Uniform Mechanical Co',te
(UMC) apecifically referencing the fire department, rnd oth+,r
local ordinances and regulations.
Plans are conditionally approved subject to Tigard Building
Department roquiremeents and the following items:
1. The tenant space number must be prominently displayed cin
the street front where it is readily visible to driver*
and officers of responding !ire apparatus and other
