This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on the
1988 editions of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and those sections
of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) and Uniform Mechanical Code
(UMC) specifically referencing the fire department, and other
local ordinances and regulations.
Plans are conditionally approved sub)c- ,t to Tigard Building
Department requirements and the following items:

1. The tenant space number must be prominently displayed on I
the street front cohere it is readily visible to drivers
and officers of responding fire apparatus and other
emergency vehicles. UFC Sec. 10.208
2 . Not less than one (1) approved fire extinguisher(s) with a
rating of not less than (*) shall be provided for each

travel distance to an extinguisher from any portion of the
