Dear Mr. Johnson,
Your application for a permit to deposit 350 cubic yards of fill material on the
rear of your above property ha, been reviewed and approved subject to the
following:

o No fill may be placed in the drainage ditch that parallels the east property
Line. If you wish to enclose this ditch you will need to obtain separate approval
from the City Engineering Department (contact Mr. Greg Berry) .

o Prior to the pla.cement of any fill or grading work, all required erosion
control methods shall be in place (please nee attached examples) . _nclude3:
- Lnetallation of a gravel driveway. Clean or replace as needed to keep

- In-,tallr.. ion of a silt barrier_. This will be necessary along the east
drainage) r7itch, and the rear property line where fill is to be placed.
The silt bawler shall remain in place until the fill area has been

provided with permanent ground cover (i.e. bark dust, grass, or other
landscaping) . NOTE: the silt barrier must be countersunk into the ground.
o Streets shall be kept clear of dirt and debris at all-times. This includes:
Removing dirt and debris by use of shovel , scoop, or similar:
mechanical means immediately after being dropped onto the street.
Sweeping the streets as required to keep thein clean.

- Washing of streets shall not be permitted unless the storm drain inlets
are protected with a filter system.
o During dry periods, dust control shall be provided as needed.
o No fill shall be placed so as to change direction, block or hinder the natural.
