The attached restrirtion was required due to the overhead door that
has been installed in a "sunroom" addition. The owner did not want
to prov.-de the required separation for a garage. ate indicated that
the roo,n was not intended to he used as 3 garage. The Code does not
prohibit overhead doors from being installed in sunrooms, however,
the Cit; wanted to make it clear that. the addition was not approved
as a garage use.
