Katherine Street, Tigard, Oregon.
Dear Mrs. Parandvash:
Per your request, on abo,it August 8, 1984, 1 made an inspection of your
Foundation and Foundation Walls of the single family residence at above
address. I fouad the following conditions! I
1. There were cracks the Concrete Foundation Walls and Footing at
three places on the outh, west, and north wall.
2• The cracks appear to bP caused by differential settlement of the
Foundation Wall and Rpt ared along the weakest section of the wall
where the footings were at different elevations.
3• It is my opinion that cracks as now exist will cause no damage to
building.
However, if settlement continues it will eventually cause the building to sag,
along the western wall and thus damage the building.
