Concrete Deck
Seal all cracks with Neoprene calking by opening fractures
so that not less than a J, " bead of c:alkitcg will Je applied
over which a toping of Thompson' s Thro Seal will be applied
followed by deck paint.
Stairs
All material structural- Ly deficient will be replaced - Stair
jacks will be re-built or replaced to conform to UBC Sec. 3305.
A soffit board of J" CDX ply or equivalent will be applied
to under side of stair ,jacks extending past wall ;" and will
be coated with a bitimunous compound to form a moisture
proof membrane in the event of leakage through stair treads
and/or risers.
Walls
.All :tructually deficient material will be replaced and .fram-
ing members will, be treated with a coat of "Penta" preservative.
Siding
W:1.11 be .replaced in such a. manner, as to prevent leakage through
the walls. 151b. felt will be applied over soffit board
and under all siding.
interior
Will conform to code for 1 hr. fire rating. Will be 5/8"
Fire-X rated rock, filled and taped= or cement plaster which
scratch and brown coatsPequal not less than 1" in thickness
and applied over expanded metal .Lath.
