the right-of-way to a radius of 22 feet. The lescription shall
be tied to the existing right-cif-way centerline. The dedication

2. Standard half-street improvements, including concrete I
sidewalk, driveway apron, curb, asphaltic: concrete, pavement,

utilities, shall be installed along the Grant Avenue and Johnson

Street frontage. Improvements shall be designed and constructed
to minor collector street standards and shall conform to the
alignment of existing adjacent improvements or to an alignment
approved by the City Engineer. The structural section of the
bike path shall be verified that it meets current standards for

3 . Driveway cuts shall not be permitted within thirty feet
of intersecting right-of-way lines nor within five feet of
