This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on the
1988 editions of the Fire and Life Safety Code (UBC) , Mechanir_al.
Fire and Life Safety Code (UMC) , Uniform Fire Code (UFC) , and
other local ordinances and regulations.
Plans are conditionally approved subject to the following items:
1 . Automatic Sprinkler Plans:_ Plans referred to and
examined by th:-Is office contain no provisions for the
alteration or installation of automatic sprinkler
system. Not less than three sets of plans for the
installation shall be submitted to this office for
approval prior to installation. UBC 302 (b)
2. Special Note: This plan review pertains to First
Oregon Mortgage space only. in p-oviding tenant
demining wall between First Oregon Mortgage, space and
vacant space remaining from Sun Microsystems creates a
dead-end co-ridor in access of 30 feet long. When the
vacant space is developed, sai_ corridor will need to
be modified to comply with Uniform Building Code
Section 3305.
3. Approved Plans on Job Site: One set of approved plans
bearing the stamps of the building department issuing
the construction permit and this office must: be
maintained on the project site throughout all phases of
construction and must be made available to building and
fire inspectors for reference during required
