Gentlemen:
This is a Fire and Life Safety Plan Review and is based on the
1988 editions of the Uniform Fire Code (UFC) and those sections
of the Uniform Buiding Code (UBC) and Uniform Mechanical Code
(UMC) specifically referencing the fire department, and other
local ordinances and regulations.
Plans are conditionally approved subject to the City of Tigard
Building Department requirements and the following items:

readily visible to drivers and officers of responding
fire apparatus and other emergency vehicles . UFC
