The plana for this project were reviewed for conformity w3.th
applicable codes. Please subm:"Lt the following items for completion
of the plan review process at your earliest convenience:
1 . The entire ceiling of the pedestrian walkway is required
to have 5/8 inch type X gypsum board (section 509(a)
exception 1) .
2. Provide attic ventilation at the enclosed rafter spaces q
per Section 3205(c) .
3. Provide 20 minute, self-closing doors with smoke gaskets
at the connection of the pedestrian walkway to the r
existing buildings (sections 509(c) and 3205(h) ) .
4 . An- wood in contact with concrete to be pressure treated
oL equivalent (section 251((c) ) .
5. Submit a threshold detail with a 1/2 inch maximum
variation for ADA access at the door exiting from the
pedestrian walkway (section 3304(1) ) .
6. The fire i,,�tardant framing material may be changed to #2
and better framing materials.
7 . Per the architects's direction, the pedestrian walkway
wall be heated electrically.
Please make these corrections on the appropriate pages of the
drawings and resubmit 3 copies of each page to the City of Tigard
for review. ,
This plan review does not include electrical or plumbing plan
reviews. Electrical concerns can be directed to Washington County
at 640-3470 and plumbing concerns to Mike Sheehan at the City of
Tigard at 639-4171 extension 312.
