The partitioning of your property located on the southwest corner of Creenburg
Road and 91st Avenue into three parcels of 0.27, 0.19, and 0.14 acres was
approved by the City subject to conditions. Attached is a copy of the
Planning Director's decision.

To date, Conditions 7, 8, and 10 have been satisfied The City will require
compliance with Conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 prior to the issuance of
any Building Permits on any of the three parcels. Street improvement
obligations include the frontage of ali three parcels.
