Gentlemen:
This department was recently r_oncacted by the resident of Apartment 21 at the
above referenced address, concerning water leaking from a bathtub.
At the request of the resident, an inspection was conducted. The following
was noted:
1. The ceiling area under the tub is damp and sagging.
2. Water drips from the downstairs ceiling when the tub is draining.
3. The tub has separated from the tile.
4. The floor is soft in the area of the tub.
It is apparent that the drain system of the tub is in need of repair which
will most likely require removal of some of the ceilirg covering to access the
drain. In doing so, it would also allow Inspection of the floor structure for
any dry rot damage.
You are hereby notified to correct the problem and call this department for an
inspection prior to covering of the drain system or framing.
Your prompt attention to this matter will be appreciated.

westerly to SW 95th Avenue) has became clogged shut with debris. As storm water is
hindered by the blockage, it is seeking other paths, which discharge onto adjacent
property, causing undue floodlnq.
Your immediate attention to clearing the line to provide proper drainage will be
appreciated.
