Current estimate for the project is $60,000.00. A copy of the drawing is attached. As the door replacement project was very successful, we have asked Portland Door Controls to provide us pricing to retrofit eight (8) sets of entrances doors at the other remaining office buildings with automatic door openers. We are confident that we can also complete this project by the end of September. Actual pricing has not been received, however I estimate the bid to be around $28,000.00.
