If any changes will be made to the sprinkler system or the mechanical. system, please submit plans which show such changes. You may obtain the building permit for the project at your convenience. Some additional comments are in order for this particular project. The area of the tenant space is such that the occupant load stretches the capacity of a single exit. In addition, we are at the limit for exiting through an adjacent room foi the General Office. We have computed the occupant load for the break room, but have not considered that usable area as being an additional occupant load for the tenant space.
