conformance with the applicable 1996 Oregon Specialtv Codes and other applicab
corles and standards. The following comments are noted:
FIRE-AND LIFE SAFETY 1 i
1. Tenant space identified - Line "A" through "C": The conference Room #119 has
an occupant load that exceeds 10; therefore the reception waiting room must
have the same fire-resistive rating of a corridor, which is one-hour. The door
entering the open work area shall be a smoke-type 20-minute door with
approved closer. See OSSC 1003.5.
Please submit three copies of revised submittal documents and a letter indicating your
