These plans were received on May 13, 1996. There is only one site permit tipplication and one group of three sets of plans for two very separate sites. Since these are two separate sites, we wi'.1 need two separate applications. The plans should also reflect work which is being completed on the specific site rather than combined;this will cause a lot less confusion with the inspectors and/or plans examiner. While a SDR may combine several sites,building department permits are site specific. Please contact the applicant and obtain another site permit application. Also, the existing set of f plans will need to be amended to reflect work on only one site and another set of plans will need to reflect work on the alternate site. The valuations will need to be site specific and plan check fees separated appropriately. Also, there is an indication reading: "Will fax o-igineer's estimate...". Please clarify what this means. The following comments are noted: 1.1 Provide plans approved for construction. A. Every page or sheet of a set of plans containing drawings and specifications required to be prepared by a State of Oregon licensed engineer must be stamped, signed, and must have the expiration date of that engineer's license by his signature. OAR 820-10-620 and ORS S 672.020(2). The slope of the storm drain system piping is less than permitted by the Plumbing Specialty Code. Provide hydrodynamic calculations prepared by a licensed engineer. r The storm drainage plan shall adequately addrLss the number of catch basins required to handle the parking lot and hard surface runoff. The Uniforn Plumbing Specialty Code (UPSC) Vection 1108 allows a maximum 6" outlet on each catch basin, and Table 11-2 limits the maximum surface area one catch basin can serve to 7,133 square feet at 1% slope of the horizontal line from the catch basin.
