On September 16, 1983, Mr. Pat Furrer (Attorney at law) , Mr. Page Stevens (owner) , Brad Roast (City of Tigard Building Inspector) , Jim Kenworthy (Acting Assistant Fire Marshal ) , and myself met at Steven's Marina upon request of Mr. Pat Furrer. At this meeting items in violation of the Building Code and Fire Code were discrissed. It was decided by mutual agreement of all parties in attendance that all items would be corrected with exception of submitting a set of building plans by the morning of September 20, 1983. Submittal of building plans will occur by September 30, 1983. On the morning of September 20, 1983, Brad Raost and I made a re-inspection and found that all items were complied with except for installation of fusible links on two fire doors (not part of this citation) and completion of (minor) taping and mllddinq around penetrations through gypsum board of a required fire wall . Because of the cooperation and expediant application of required work I asked District Attorney Watt to postpone the September 20, 1983 required court appearance of Mr. Stevens , to two weeks from September 16, 1983.
