The City of Tigard has requested that temporary occupancy be granted for the TEI property (8720 SW Burnham Street) . A copy of this regtiest has been attached. The conditions of approval which are specified in the 0i.recto.r's Decision GDR 91-0017 state that conditions five (5) and six (6) shall be satisfied prior to the granting of an occupancy psrmit for this facility. After Planning Division review of this request, it has been determined that a Temporary Occupancy Permit for this si::.e may be granted prior to the completion of condition of approval nwnbers five (5) and six (6) . Conditions of approval numbers five (5) and six (6) shall be completed at. this site by May 31, 1992 as proposed in the attached request. A permanent occupancy permit shall not be granted until all of the conditions of SDP; 91-0017 have been cc.npleted. '#5 All Landscape materials, and site improvements shall be installed as per the approved site plan. "#6 A pedestrian walkway shall be installed and shall extend from the ground floor entrance to the SW Burnham Street." CIRCUMSTANCES SUPPORTING REQUEST: 1.
