You are to be congratulated cn the relative good condition of your facility with regard to fire safety. The following items were noted which require your attention to be in compliance with the fire prevention code. Fire alarm equipment remains to be acceptance tested in the presence of the Tualatin Fire District, Deputy Fire Marshal. Replace the fusible link on the fire damper lncated in the West end of the corridor. Heating equipment moving river 10, 000 cubic feet of air shall be shut down by a smoke detector.
