Dear Gene:
In your plan review for this Droject, you mentioned several items of concerns, specifically
Items 1, 2, and 3 (see attached copy of your plan review). The purpose of this letter is to
clarify these items.
Item 1: The height of the handrail will be revised to 36" above the tread.
Item 2: If offices are built on the second floor, the stairways will be enclosed, and at least
ene stair will exit directly outside by means of a future exterior door. A separate
Building Permit will be applied for this work.
Item 3: The storage and rack layout requirements have not been finalized by the tenant.
Once these layout requirements are determined, 1.3 sprinkler system will be
reviewed to verify that it either complies or needs to be modified to meet the
requirements of NFPA Standard 231 and 231 C. This review will be completed by
the contractor and shall be submitted to your office for review and approval.
The other requirements of your plan review will I,e ;0dressed.
