SUBJECT: Property Located at 12500 SW Bull Mt. .ai.
'Ihe owner of referenced property made application for Sanitary Sewer
Connection for existing Single Family Dwelling. The following conditions were.
found:
1. Property that lies out side of Tigard City limits would require
annexation so he could use the City Sewer System.
2. That the existing elevation of Sewer flow lint at possible
connection was of such a height that the applicant would have to
install a pump b pressure line system.
3. The City Engineer recommend against any connection at this titre.
At some future date a new grartity flow Sanitary System may be available under
an L. I.D.
