Regarding item 22 , Door *54, side clearance is limited by the available concrete walk support and door location at the lower floor ( limiting the available width of the concrete L walk above) , the existing chimney size and location and the existence of a building support post in the wall on grid J- 9. There simply is not enough clear width available to meet the 18" side clearance requirement . Clearances on the push side of the door and all other aspects of its design meet requirements for handicapped access and an accessible route from this walk into the building is provided by door *55 at the opposite end of the walk.
