Dear Sir or Madam,
You may be unaware of a problem that exists with your above
referenced prop---ty. The vacant building is in an unsecured state,
unauthorized persons have gained entry, and there is evidence that
fires have been set- within the structure. This causes the building
to be an attractive nuisance.
I am asking for your help in resolving this nuisance within 10 days
of receipt of this letter, by securing the building so that
unauthorized persons cannot gain entry.

Dear Mr. Semasko,
This letter .is to serve as a record of our sleeting today, at the
above referenced property. The purpose of the meeting was to
determine if you could use a portion of the existing building for
parking automobiles . The area reviewed was at the south west
portion of the building.
Thi'a area can be used as indicated, pi ,vided the remaining portion
of the building is separated by a one-hour occupancy separation
wall . The existing masonry block wall will comply, provided the
holes in the are sealed, and openings for doors or windows are
provided with one hoi!r fire rated, self-closing assemblies. A
mechanical exhaust system must be provided that is capable of
exhausting minimum .-)L. 1. .5 CFM per square foot of floor area.
Barriers to the E)hysically handicapped, must be eliminated to a
cost not to exceed 25% of the cost of the construction work done to
the building. Handicap parking stalls shall be provided, at a
minimum of two stalls for 26-50 parking stalls provided.
The number of existing toilet facilities are adequate for up to 100
employees .
Xy inspc,-t--,, of the building did riot include the office area, and
this letter does not necessarily include all the items that you
will be subject to. Should you choose to utilize this building, and
make alterations to it, you will be required to obtain a building
permit. Structural alterations will require an Architect or
Engineer design the plans ..
