Dear Bob:
A review of our chronological file and case file on your request
for site development plan and architectural design revew has revealed
no copy of correspondence advising you of the Board's action on your
request. We acknowledge that this is likely an oversight on our part
aild that the verbal communication of the action and findings of the
Board at the Board's June 24, 1.975, meeting and -the following day
here in our office was not sufficient.
Please be advised, then, that on June 22, 1975, the Tigard Site De-
velopment Plan and Architectural Design Review Board met and considered
your application for review of your proposed remodeling of the Tigard
Water District Administration Offices at 8841 S. W. Commercial. The
Board approved your site plan subject to the following conditions:
1. A 5 ft. sidewalk and 10 ft. landscape strip be�pro�ve��
ad 'acent SW Ash Avenue.
2. That required landscaping adjacent S. W. Commercial St. may
be held in abeyance until such time as the Commercial St.
Local Improvement District is formed and street improvements
made.
3. Required landscaping is to be provided per a landscape plan
to be submitted to staff for staff approval.
The architectural design of your proposed remodeling was considered
by the Board and was denied by unanimous vote of -the Board based on
findings that a redesign of the building facade would be necessary
to conform with the intent of the Architectural Design Review Ordinance
and stating that the applicant could resubmit his plan at any ti, ,-? to
be heard further by the Architectural Design Review Board..

Tigard Sanitary District, to abide by and comply with the ordinances, regulations and rules of the Dist-
rict presently in effect or hereinafter enacted and to pay sewer service charges as the same may be im-
posed from time•.o time when due and before such charges becomes delinquent.

property served s stipulated in O. R. S. 224.2.20.
