We acknowledge that this is likely an oversight on our part aild that the verbal communication of the action and findings of the Board at the Board's June 24, 1.975, meeting and -the following day here in our office was not sufficient. Please be advised, then, that on June 22, 1975, the Tigard Site De- velopment Plan and Architectural Design Review Board met and considered your application for review of your proposed remodeling of the Tigard Water District Administration Offices at 8841 S. W. Commercial. The Board approved your site plan subject to the following conditions: 1. A 5 ft. sidewalk and 10 ft. landscape strip be�pro�ve�� ad 'acent SW Ash Avenue. 2.
