verified that the fence is attached directly to the retaining wall on the
adjacent property. Your fence assists in confining and supporting the fill on
the adjacent property and thus is considered part of the retaining wall. The
portion of the fence above the iill material is subject to the fence height
limit for rpAr yArds nf 6 feet (6-8 feet is permitted with a building permit).
Tom has found that your fence does not exceed 6 feet in height abcove the
adjacent fill and thus., conforms with City of Tigard regulations.
