Cloud Court in Tigard . The driveway is to be a Communal drive shared with neighbors , Michael and Janet Phillips . At this moment the dr-lveway ,has not been paved , however , both parties realize the city�s requirements of paving and agree to share the cost ev¢nly and within a reasonable time frame . We have a firm bid o,1 the paving job and the contractor has advised us to wait for warmer weather and drier grou;id conditions to in�,ure that the job will not have to be redone . We do wish to take his advise and alloy time for the weather conditions to pass so that final lglading can be done before paving . Oair bu i , der has informed us that our move- in day is January 31 , 1987 , however, the driveway will not be finished . Ve appreciate the City of Tigard allrowinq us to occupy our home before completion of the communal driveway .
