Calvin Presbyterian Church intends to install a 24 ft . by 32 ft .
modular building as indicated on the attached site plan . The
building will be connected to the existing building with an open
side covered walkway extending to the existing Church covered
walkway .
I have reviewed the proposed concrete four dations ::o be installed
for support of the modular unit and find them to be satisfactory .
I have also reviewed the drawings of the covered walkway and the
site plan showing corinection of the storm drainage to the exis-
ting storm drainage , and find them to be satisfactory .
