This is to affirm that our inspections of this project found the plans to be
followed and the work done in a competent manner. At the time of the
inspections, no indication of settlement of the chimney foundation was noted.
The repair project appeared to meet all code requirements. The work being
done was inspected and approved, as it progressed„ A. soils engineer was
present, observing the work during one of our inspections.
