(1) Every project for renovation,alteration or modification to affected buildings and related
facilities shall be made to insure that the path of travel to the altered area and the restroom,
telephones and drinking fountains are readily accessible to individuals with disabilities unless
such alterations are disproportionate to the overall alterations in terms of cost and scope.
(2) Alterations made to the path of travel to an altered area may be deemed disproportionate to
the overall alteration when the cost exceeds twenty-five per-cent(25%).

McDonald's Digital Drive Thru Menuboard Installation

Scope of Work
This scope is for installing (2) new Menuboards (1 in each drive thru lane) and (2) Pre-sell
unit (1 in each drive thru lane). The new Digital menuboards will replace the existing
equipment and are overall smaller dimensionally as compared to the existing equipment.
1. Install new foundations/anchor bolts for (2) new Digital Main Menuboards and (2) new
Digital Pre-Sell Units
2. Install 110V electrical circuits underground to (4) new units above
3. Install electrical conduit for low-voltage cabling underground to (4) new units above
4. Remove existing menuboard and pre-sell equipment
5. Install (2) new Digital Menuboards and (2) new Digital Pre-Sell units.
6. Make final connections to high and low voltage inside of each unit
7. Perform test and basic programming of new equipment
