Legal Description
Being a tract of land located in the Northwest and Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 2
South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, City of Tigard, Washington County, Oregon, said
tract of land being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING AT the Northeast corner of Parcel 1 of Partition Plat 2007-064, Washington
County Survey Records;
Thence North 30°58'43" East, along the northerly extension of the east line of said Parcel 1, for
a distance of 7.00 feet to the south line of SW Hunziker Street;
Thence South 59°33'18" East, along the Southerly right-of-way line of SW Hunziker Street, for a

COMMENCING from the Northeast corner of Parcel 1 of Partition Plat 2007-064, Washington
