This approval was for a Zoning Map Amendment, Subdivision (62 single-family lots), and Special Adjustment to street standards. The subdivision is located on the west side of SW Hall Boulevard, north of SW Durham Road and south of SW Sattler Street. In March 2016, the City of Tigard Planning Division also approved 92 development adjustments to reduce the minimum required setbacks for 32 of the subdivision's lots (ADJ2016-00005 and ADJ2016- 00008 to ADJ2016-00098).
