WHEREAS, Donald Semport has served the Tigard School District
and ,the citizens of Tigard for the past 30 years, and

WHEREAS, he has worked diligently and with devotion' to the
community and its children as Vice–Principal at Fowler
Junior High School, and
gg' WHEREAS, he has exercised cooperation with the members of the.
Police Department in striving to help and direct the
youth of the community to be more' responsive citizens .
NOW, THEREFORE, be it be known that I, John E. Cook, Mayor of the
City of Tigard, do hereby proclaim June 13, 1986, as
