Portland has a program that where there is evidence (records) that indicate disabled parking had been required as part of the development, action will be undertaken to niainin the disabled parking. An existing parking lot may be restriped to the same configuration at original;. For a new configuration, the new disabled parking provisions are required. The general Consensus was to follow this approach. I Meng Date: 7/10/2009 Code ID#: 1 S, cy: 1 ardous exhaust systems in nail salons. RESOLUTION NOTES: Dave asked if others required the same type exhaust for pedicure stations as they would for mainicure stations. The code only specifies manicure stations, not pedicure. It was mentioned that the reason for the maincure exhaust requirements was not for the nail polish fumes, but for the acrylic adhesives and dust created by the artificial nails.
