JUL 2 7 2016 Nick Vial 61i .p j' ' 503-740-7340 ,` :..' s } ;"° ^ } nic@grow-construction.com 6 July 2016 Re: Infiltration testing for 10050 SW Tigard Street, Tigard,OR Dear Mr. Vial, Field Investigation: Rapid Soil Solutions(RSS)has performed a total of one(1)infiltration test per lot.Figure 1 shows the project site. The infiltration testing sheet details the soils found and the location of the test pits. Soils found on site match those in below soils map by DOGMI 0-90-02 Beaverton Map.RSS found the fine grained flood deposits. See details of soil on the infiltration sheet. Infiltration Testing: Infiltration testing was performed as per the City of Portland Storm Water Manual. Tests took place in the sleeve hand augur hole at the depth of the bottom of the proposal soakage trench. The test was run a total of three times. The rates are shown on the following page spread sheet. The rate is 5in/hr. Depth to Ground Water RSS excavated another hand augur hole to 9ft and did not find ground water. According to USGS ground water is over 50ft below the site. The analysis, conclusions and recommendations contained in this report are based on site conditions as they existed at the time of explorations.
