GENERAL NOTES

minimum standards for construction . Where there is conflict
between drawings , specifications and these notes , the more
stringent shall govern .
2 . Contractor shall check and verify all dimensions and
conditions on different drawings and in the field before proceeding
with construction .
3 . Modifications to plans must be approved in writing by the
owners prior to commencement of the work . Designer to approve any
structural modifications .
4 . Contractors to provide all necessary temporary support for
walls and floor prior to completion of vertical and lateral load
systems .
5 . Unless specific arrangements are made , the designer will not
be responsible for on-site observation/inspection or for
