I used a Y2 inch diameter steel foundation rod to probe footing subgrade. During the probe I observed the structural subgrades to be stiff soil and dense rock. In our opinion the building pad has been prepared in general accordance with our recommendations and will support expected foundation for a single family home. A Preliminary report is provided solely as evidence that the field observation was performed. Observations,and/or conclusions,and/or recommendations FINAL ❑ PRELIMINARY conveyed in the final report may vary from and shall take precedence over those indicated in a preliminary report.
