CONTRACTOR ACTIVITY,OBSERVATIONS,CONCLUSIONS,RECOMMENDATIONS:
I made this visit at the request of Don Durst to observe the excavated structural subgrade for lot 152. I used a%2 inch
diameter steel foundation rod to probe footing subgrade.
During the probe I observed the structural subgrades to be stiff soil and dense rock.
In our opinion the building pad has been prepared in general accordance with our recommendations and will support
expected foundation for a single family home.
