Cc: 'Brandon Yoder'; 'Jason Havelka'; 'Julie Havelka'; 'Brooks Bayne' Subject: SDR2014-00002 fire hydrant locations Dan, Here is a follow up to our meeting last week where we discussed plan issues and the locations of the fire hydrants at the Greenburg Road Apartments. I met with John Wolf of the TVF&R and he has approved the fire hydrant locations as they are drawn on the plans. He has requested that we have no FDC at the main vault location, but that we have an FDC at each building. This FDC will be located at the front of each building on an exterior wall near the riser in the entryway. With this information, AFP Fire Sprinkler will finish the plans and I will get them to the City of Tigard for review. My architect and engineer are working on the other items that we discussed last week and we will submit revisions as they are completed. I should have full truss drawings completed today and after Julie (EOR) reviews them, I will submit those to you also. Thanks Daryl Retzlaff Project Manager Evergreen Builders, LLC.
