Matt,just to clarify things: We've reviewed the attached site plan for the subdivision and it does show a LIDA for each
of the four lots, including lot#3 with the existing home, so this LIDA requirement is nothing new.
The purpose of the LIDA is not just to serve the garage but to serve the existing house AND the garage. So your site plan
for MST2016-00021 must show the LIDA as per the subdivision plan and you should plan to connect both the existing
house and the garage to the LIDA. If the LIDA has not already been constructed it will be constructed along with the
garage under MST2016-00021.

I'm certainly sorry for any misinformation, Matt, but if Engineering has private stormwater agreements for each lot then
someone on your side of things must have known about and agreed to the requirement some time ago. We'll be ready
to issue this permit as soon as we receive a revised site plan showing a properly located LIDA.

I don't have any documentation to the contrary. We do have them for the new houses. This is the first I have heard I
needed anything for the garage. I was told the plans were done being reviewed and they were good to go once the plat
recorded. Now this will delay my ability to pull the permit. I don't know who's responsibility it was to tell me this but
the misinformation I get from the City of Tigard in general has cost me a ton of money and many delays. It's beyond
frustrating.

Lots 1 thru 4 are all required to have a LIDA facility.
We have the 4 private stormwater facility agreement for all lots 1 thru 4 and all call out for 1 Structural Infiltration
Planter for each lot.
For planter sizing their engineer needs to reference the CWS LIDA Handbook.
