The wail will stack in a 1'-9" area at the wall end nearest the exterior of the building. A continuous C8x11.5 is to be installed full . length directly over the folding partition wall. The C8x11.5 is to be supported with P 1000 Unitstrut and C6x8.5 supports with expansion and insert anchors. • The installation of the C8x11.5 and the anchors will need to be adjusted so that the anchors avoid the existing concrete floor reinforcement bars. Field location of the concrete anchor reinforcement must be established prior to construction. 1. Existing 7 inch thick concrete slab with#4 reinforcement bars (1 inch • clear of bottom of slab) at 7.5 inches on center. Do not cut existing slab/beam or column reinforcement, adjust wall and anchor locations as required. 2. New folding partition wall to be hung from the existing concrete floor above. Adjust so that anchors do not interfere with the existing concrete reinforcement. 3. Continuous C8x11.5 directly over the new folding partition wall full length of wall. 4. Two—3/8 inch diameter threaded rods. Hang from P1000 Unistrut k. attached with two 1/2 inch diameter Powers "Power—Bolt+SD1" or Powers "Wedge-Bolt+" anchors, embed 3 inches. •.•.- Locate and avoid existing concrete slab reinforcement. , 5. C6x8.5 support for C8x11.5. Connect C6x8.5 with anchors (see note#4), see detail C. 6.
