See below from our structural engr recommending the compression strut addressing 'the hgt to deck is 30'; note in detail is 16 ga stud. As a reminder,#2 is NA since storefront and soffit framing are existing to remain,they are to receive the new MOZ mtl. panels only. Please advise on approval or if any further clarification is required.
