The submittal has been reviewed only for the limited purpose of checking for general conformance with the design concept as expressed in the Contract Documents,subject to the requirements of the Contract Documents. • I have provided design supervision and reviewed the above referenced documents. I find that the documents appear to be compliant with codes and standards including in part NFPA 13,ASCE 07, Oregon Fire Code,Oregon Structural Specialty Code,ACI,IBC and IMC as well as specific requirements of the City of Tigard with the following notations. • The sprinkler density is an ESFR system for storage of Class IV commodities up to the heights shown. • The design assumes that there is an existing double check valve located outside the building in a vault.
