CONTRACTOR ACTIVITY,OBSERVATIONS,CONCLUSIONS,RECOMMENDATIONS:
I made this visit at the request of Don Durst to observe the subgrade for lot 162 a single family residential lot at
Summit Ridge. While on site, I met with Sergey of G-Cam.
At the time of my arrival, the contractor was just completing excavation of the lot to subgrade elevation.
I observed and probed the subgrade with a Y-inch diameter steel foundation probe. The subgrade was medium stiff to
stiff silt fill and native silt.
In my opinion, the lot has been prepared in general accordance per our recommendations and will support lightly
loaded residential foundations as intended. Lot 162 is ready for the placement of foundation forms.
