All heights are from floor to the top of storage. This is less demanding construction than a fire wall which we had discussed previously 501-2500 square feet of unlimited height storage of Group A plastics Requires Fire alarm system Smoke& Heat Venting(roof vents) Draft Curtains Allows additional unlimited plastic storage to six feet in height Allows additional unlimited 12 foot storage of Commodity Class 4 or less of a fire hazard Such as metallic dies, cardboard,tools and the like Additional 0-500 or 2500 areas allowed in separate buildings Additional 0-500 or 2500 areas allowed in the same building separated by a 1-hour fire barrier. 2501 or greater—Requires fire sprinkler protection or an approved alternate design.
